Dictation files are received, through secure FTP, in a digital format from the client, which is then transcribed by our
qualified Medical Transcriptionist Team. The transcribed file is passed on to the "Quality Assurance Department"
where qualified team of medical professionals check the files for content and accuracy. Once approved by our
"Quality Assurance Department", the reports are transmitted to the client in the specified format by encrypting them.
